annoyed with takealot

I have unfortunately reached a brick wall with trying to retrieve my unpaid refund from Takealot. This is my last resort before escalating it Higher up. after numerous phone calls and emails back and forth with about ten different call centre operators, I am not receiving any communication from takealot on the whereabouts of my missing refund.
