Annoyed, Frustrated and Disappointed as a Loyal Takealot Customer

I'm so disappointed at how difficult and frustrating it is to contact Takealot regarding orders, delivery and cancellations. I've been on hold 15 mines to the order cancel line and another 10 minutes to the delivery number. There is no email address to forward or ask anything. In the 21st century a company operating as big as them doesn't have proper customer services avenues. I'm upset and annoyed.
