I cannot believe i am still sitting with this issue since January.

Can someone at Takealot advise why is this return taking forever to be completed ref: MRRN-A7ZO9-5GKK, Order #**********35

I bought 2 Cordless Hair & Beard Clipper Trimmer with USB Charger, i logged a return, they are blunt. Clippers were collected.

Return is concluded on the app, but nothing on my account since December.

I have made follow up regarding the return taking forever ref: **********35

Andile.M , Ntombozuko.S, Kent.D, Donnay.S, Thrisha.R they all tried to assist they cannot. What i hate the most is, they keep reffering to the incorrect return, which is completed and i am aware of it.

They are saying now they are waiting from this relevant party, I don't know why they are not calling this relevant party? This is taking long, this was suppose to be processed in December .

The return for EcoFlow RIVER 2 230 Portable Power Station New Model with 45W Solar Panel was completed i am aware MRRN-AAWME-QMKG, i have received an invoice on my mails too.

Can I please get my money back please or return the useless blunt clippers?
