Annoyed customer

I requested an order replacement with Takealot that was processed on the 28th of September, three weeks later I'm still waiting for that order. I have followed up with them on numerous occasions and was promised delivery to date nothing has happened. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. every day the status is the same on track order page: Estimated Collection from Later Today Note: We'll send you an SMS or email once your order is ready for collection
