Annoyed customer

Never ordering from take a lot again. Their customer service is an absolute joke. You can’t email or phone them to rectify the situation. I wanted to change my delivery date but instead cancelled my order and told me I didn’t pay meanwhile I paid via pay fast and it came straight off my bank account. So now I’m patiently waiting for them to get back to me. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for a loved one and can’t even receive it.
