Annoyed and disappointed by the service

I bought a couple of items and they were delivered on the 9th of September 2020 and I requested to return one as I was not happy with it and it was collected on the 16th it was with them and I asked for them to credit my account. I am still waiting for that - I have been sending tons of emails and n Twitter but it still not resolved.
