Annoyed

I am still waiting for my refund for a return ref:MRRN-A7ZO9-5GKK. this return was logged in December tomorrow is the last day of Jane, we going to February now. I have already logged a fault refer to my first complaint. I have shared all the details with regards to that return. It looks like you Takealot cannot locate my parcel, can someone tell me am I going to be refunded yes or no.
