Annoyed!!!

I have purchased many items from Takealot before and had no issues with after sales service but as recent I've had two incidents whereby I just felt they're service is getting bad and is actually making me think not to buy from them anymore. I bought a laptop battery last week it was delivered and after opening the package I realized that it was the wrong the battery for my laptop. I logged a return ticket and after 2 days they notified me that the battery would not be taken back as the packaging was opened. How would I have know if it was the correct battery without opening the box? This battery does not serve any purpose to me and takelot has the correct one I need!! This case has been opened the entire week and nothing has been done regarding it yet! I would just like the battery I need for my laptop that is it!!!
