I ordered a sim card which I didnt received and voucher number provided doesnt work either. To make matters worse, there is no way to email TakeaLot, they only have telephone numbers and help center options that dont help. I do not have access to a phone in the time they are working, so what should I do to have my query attended to? For an online business, they dont do online very well.
