Ankle weight

I am very disappointed in your level of accuracy when it comes to the checking out of customers products. I ordered a pair of ankle weights for 1kg each, the 1st time I received them I only got one, I had to send it back to you guys, wait for a week, only to be sent one ankle weight again. Please just give my refund back. It's easy taking the money but not refunding for you guys, till we escalate the matter. I do not have the barcodes you requested due to the box left with the one ankle weight....that you guys already have and have already confirmed that you have received it. So please just resolve my issue.
