I am so unhappy about takealot.com i have been a customer with them for a long time and today they pushed it to the limit. i mistakenly bought an ebook which is not what i wanted and i am so angry because they say i cannot change it for a hard copy. i did not realize it was an ebook until i got the confirmation email. I buy books that cost me thousands of rand from them and now they will not help me change the one book. Super ****ed off...
