Angry Takealot customer!

I bought 3 items from Takealot. They delivered my parcel to a wrong address. I’ve been calling and e-mailing but I’ve not gotten my parcel. They keep telling me they will contact the driver. My biggest worry is that our parcels have confidential information. Our addresses and contact numbers. I’m really not comfortable with someone just sitting there with my parcel and my information.

To add on that I pay Takealot a subscription of R39 a month so that my orders can be delivered promptly. It’s Day 2 now and their app still says my parcel was delivered, yet I didn’t receive it!
