Angry is an understatement

I have never been this livid over a deliver, I ordered staff from take a lot next thing I had to sit at home the while waiting for the parcel which was supposed to be a gift for the following day from someone at 6 only they update on the app that it was went to the wrong courier facility how with a clear address next thing it was said to re-routed for something that was supposed to come on Saturday I am still waiting sent them an email this morning no response from their part.
