Angry & Disappointed

I’m so disappointed and angry,I returned my fan on the 19th of February even today takealot haven’t refunded or returned the fan when I ask they say the fan it is with the merchant of which today it’s the 10th of April & still no feedback,I asked for a refund they still refused to refund me ,when I check the status of the fan on Takealot app,it’s still stuck on “product received at merchant evaluation facility and this was on the 23rd of February,when I ask them to refund me they giving me excuses that they can’t because of the merchant,I bought the fan with Takealot and the merchant,I’m so angry.
