Angry Customer and disappointed son.

We bought a television for my sons birthday. Aftet receiving it we wrapped it up and hid it away. Eventually on opening it and we connected it we realized its damaged and screen is broke. I take a photo immediately, put it back in the box and sent it back.

Now Takealot says it customer damaged and they wont replace it. Although it was broken upon opening...
