Angry customer

I made an order of 10 products and only received 3 products apon receiving and when I ask the lady at the pick up point in Soweto Bara she told me to write an email or call…. Not even bothered to go back to recheck if only 3 boxes came, while on their app it shows that 4 parcels came through the pick up point….

I’m really disappointed with Takealot and I want all my parcels that I have ordered on the 21/09/2024 or I want my money back😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
