Angry customer

I ordered 1 x Dematol, Chapter 2000 & Hair Growth Oil from takealot.com. I recieved today Chapter 2000 & Hair Growth Oil only. I sent a request to them to deliver the Dematol which is outstanding. Now they are saying they will collect the whole package and refund me....which is something i do want.
