ANGRY CLIENT - Very BAD & UNRELIABLE Service

We ordered and paid for a large Ellies Inverter as well as some other items on 30 Sep'22. We were on the Order #*** that and we quote "Your order is being processed and your estimated delivery date is Tuesday, 11 October 2022"

A sms was received on Monday confirming delivery for Tuesday 11 Oct'22. The order arrived with all other items, one incorrect items being a Rotating Indoor Antennae but NO INVERTER.

Calling the call centre twice and then being told that Takealot will collect the incorrectly delivered item and replace it with the correct Ellies Inverter...ONLY to be informed that the Inverter is no longer in stock.

As we both work from home and our other Inverter got struck by a power surge, the insurance company was great BUT Takealot have now p....d of a long term loyal client and we hope that AMAZON SA give you a run for your money. You're about to loose a few of us!!!
