Angry client

I purchased 4 items to the value of approx R1000.00 what was delivered was 1 item valued at less that R90.00. I took the item to takealot in Ottery and i said I was angry because I waited a week for the incorrect goods and now have to wait for a refund before I can purchase goods I wanted, I then have to wait a week again for delivery, what more frustrating is that you dont get any feedback. You send mails with no response, I have only been refunded for 1 item in my cart still waiting for the full refund
