ANGRY AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

28 February 2023 I ordered an educational laptop for my toddler which I was told it would be delivered on the 03 March 2023, only to find out they had delivered a baby carrier instead of the educational laptop. I called them and they told me a return will be arranged for Monday the 06 March 2023 and I will have to wait 3days for the return to reach the warehouse in JHB and only then I will be told feedback about the educational laptop. Nothing was said until today, Friday the 10 March 2023, I just called them and I was told the educational laptop is OUT OF STOCK but I already paid for it and it was advertised as stock is available. I am so disappointed in takealot.com for such service, clearly customer needs and values are not prioritized!!!!! This is such an inconvenience, I will now need to wait for ANOTHER WEEK for their carelessness and negligence. My cellphone number is ***
