Angry and disappointed service order #***

My Name Is Lawrence Radebe-I was suppose to get my Oder from Takealot on the 08 January 2026, when I track it I found out that its been reschedule to the 1 January 2026, I call them to find out why they said driver couldn't reach me I gave the my other contact number, when I track it i found that its been delivered to to some guy call Lawrence I dnt know where and I didn't even get a call from that *********** driver I call them again later on the 10 January, to ask what goin on I was told they will escalate my case I told them to fix it as soon as yesterday since my clients are waiting for delivery they haven't call me till today Sunday 11 January I call them for update then I got the same answer ask why they dnt even bother to call and update me. I told them I want my delivery by today they should sort their issue with their driver not involve me, I want my stuff now I suppose to wait for them to their issues in the mean while my business is on stand still. whatever they decide it not gonna help me I decided to Oder from another competent website expecting to get my stuff by tommorrow since its clear that those people wont help by today' I'm very very angry and disappointed
