angry about service and delivery delay

i am so angry and disappointted about Takealot delivery team and takealot's service. here's what happened: i've bought something last weekend on takealot. i chosed standard delivery and i was notified with sms that the parcel will be delivered 1-Dec before17:00, which is today. this morning, i was at the delivery address waiting for the parcel, but i can't wait for the whole day due to work, then i called takealot request delivery driver to contact me so that i can reschedule my time to be ready to receive the parcel. that's my first call. then afternoon, nobody contact me from takealot, i made another call to see if they coming to deliver my parcel, the consultant lady helped me well, then i received a SMS said delivery driver is out for delivery my parcel. then i start to wait for my parcel at my delivery address, then coming to 16:30, still nothing happened, i made another call, the consultant lady told me the driver is out for delivery , but he did not scan my parcel, which means my parcel has not been collectted from the warehouse! so totally i made three calls, and received 3 SMS for confirmation of the delivery, at the end of the day, nothing happened. i feel very mad and disgusting about this.takalot, what do you say?
