Angry

I bought a product for R319 of which took forever to be delivered, i didnt mind the time took for it to be delivered but what frustrates me is that after waiting for a whole 2 weeks i get a wrong products then im told the product is non-returnable. Where else its not my fault, if it was my fault i wouldn't mind but how do i suffer for a mistake thats not mine.
