I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.Yesterday, I purchased an item and paid extra for express delivery, under the impression that I would receive it today. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered as expected.This was an urgent purchase, which is why I agreed to pay the additional delivery fee. I was supposed to knock off work at 15:00, but I stayed until 17:00 waiting for the delivery. At 17:04, I received an SMS stating that the item could not be delivered.This situation has caused me significant stress, as I had planned to travel for the holidays but could not do so due to this delay.
