Android TV Box advert misleading from Takealot

To whom it may concern, I bought Android TV Box 28 August 2023 and i received on the 4th of October 2023 however the app that were meant to be pre-loaded as it advertised was not loaded of which was DSTV Now & Show Max and the this box is useless to me as i wanted DSTV now and show max. No contact for supplier no answer from Takealot what to do?
