And yet abain!!

I have purchased two electric bike at Takelot. We struggled with the order as when I went to the check out, the price went back to the normal price and not the reduced price. So I created a new email address and the special went through. Order No ***2 - R1798 I received a mail stating that the payment did not go through and I immediately purchased the second two bikes - Order no ***6 (R2398 - special was no more available). Upon investigation on my bank account, it shows the amount of R 1798 did go through and not as per Takelot mail to me. I immediately contacted the help desk to explain what happened. They could not stop the order but instructed me that they will log a return. This was done. But I only received R1199.00 back from Takelot instead of the R2398. And that is not all…. In any case, the two bikes were a total disaster to say the least!!!! We assembled the bikes on 23 December 2020 just to find out that not all the parts were there. And nothing fitted. We had to make a plan as the bike parts in the boxes were for completely different bikes. And, I was not going to tell my grandchildren again that I am so sorry for presents not working. I had the same problem last year with microphones not working. To say the least, it is not good to burst a child's bubble with, 'Grandma is so sorry for buying yet again a present that is not working" "So sorry, Christmas Father brought broken goods and goods that do not fit together for Christmas. Shame on you! And again Shame on you for not refunding my full amount for the second purchase that was due to your mistake. I must say, I will think twice before buying from Takelot again. Honest trough!!
