***** and Theft by Takealot Staff

Wow so many mistakes and now *****ing my money. On Monday I will report this as ***** to bank and get payment reversed as nobody is willing to help.

First they missed to items of the delivery. Allot of struggling with brain dead support people that do the opposite you tell them and they said they will send the items. (They of course came an picked up the random extra order, next time I am not saying a word about and extra random item, I AM THROWING THAT **** IN THE TRASH)

They did not, they sent only 1 and the other one they credit for, for some ****ing unknown reason. NOW I have to pay for shipping again and my medicine is 2 WEEKS LATE.

BUT I could not ever do that, this morning on my account there is a bunch of MTN voucher that I DID NOT ORDER AS I DONT USE MTN OR WOULD EVER ORDER AIRTIME ON TAKEALLOT.

Of course no communication, of the 5 tickets submitted over the last 2 weeks only 1 response asking to change it to a positive WHENT THEY DID NOT REPLACE MY ITEM AND STOLE MY CREDIT.

What happened here is clear, ***** and theft by Takealot staff.
