⚠️ WARNING: Stay away from Takealot if you value your time and sanity! ⚠️

I recently tried to return a DEFECTIVE Dell laptop to them, and they have flat-out REFUSED to accept it. Their so-called “customer service” is a complete joke — they’re unprofessional, unresponsive, and absolutely clueless. Trying to navigate their return process is like banging your head against a wall — except the wall is more helpful.

It’s shameful that a major online retailer treats customers this way. Takealot, you’ve lost all credibility. Your return policy is a farce, your staff is unhelpful, and your total lack of accountability is appalling. I’ll be taking my business (and anyone who asks me) elsewhere.

If you’re reading this, consider it a cautionary tale: don’t waste your money or your time with these clowns!
