***** and false advertising by this **** Takealot! I want my money

They are a ****! Their sellers do false advertising, bought something that was said to be a juicer, cause I wanted a juicer, it arrived I did not open it immediately (my bad, but I did not know I’m dealing with ****s) and then I went away and came back and opened the item only to find it is definitely not a juicer, I logged a return and send it back! They refuse to pay me back they say I should have returned it within 30 days, I returned it in 35 days, this thing is brand new still in original packaging never even taken out!!they are not even addressing the fact that it was false advertising in the first place they only care about their stupid return policy, so do they have false advertising and **** policy in place ?? Cause they clearly need that, they are refusing to refund me they want to send the item back to me or else they will discard it! We all know they won’t discard it they will sell it and earn double money on it! Takealot did not even contact the seller about this, they are the ones blocking the refund cause they are just ****s themselves!! Pathetic! I spend so much money at this place to be treated like this, nonsensical!! I will drag you to hell and back !! I want my money !
