An unpleasant experiance trying to buy vouchers

I am trying to buy a 3500 voucher in dividends of 10, it is such a mission to get someone to asssit me, first they give me wrong information, then they refer me to the marketing dpt, then the marketing dpt says you have to purchase vouchers for a minimum of R10 000, you would think they would want to make money, but R10 000 is riduculous, what an unpleasant experiance just to buy vouchers, I might as well take my business elsewhere to a mall and buy the vouchers
