for Christmas one of the gifts i ordered came not sealed only bubble wrapped. i wrapped it as a Christmas gift for my son not opening any package or using it paid R1300 for it. after coming back from work business i took the one gift back his soccer net.as he recieved the same gift from his grandfather so we dont need a second one thats why I returned this. They now refuse to refund me because they are saying it was used and has marks on and not sealed.bare in mind i did not receive a Sealed boxes parcel when collected. the gifts was not opened or used so the damage comes from them when taking it opening it and the transportation back to the supplier. they not even willing to check the CCTV footage to verify what i am saying. i am VERY dissatisfied with take a lot and their services to client's. i tried to explain this through numerous of emails and also leave a truthful Review on their app for the supplier to see it was rejected.

I don't think i will continue to be that loyal customer to take a lot any longer

bad service. with holding my money that i can reuse as another gift for my son. with in the warrenty period as well
