Amazon delivery faster than , local Cape Town

Ordered item on the 24 June for collection . Collection date of the 26th was given. That worked perfectly as I needed this item . On the 26th I checked , collection date for the 25th. Check again today , collection on the 2 July.

Emailed them on 26th and 28th, no reply. Called centre, all working from home , we need to email them.
