Amazon can't come soon enough I miss Kalahari.com

Honestly as the monopoly holder in ecommerce in South Africa you would expect better but they don't seem to care. I payed for same day delivery and did not get my delivery on the same day - the next day I get a notification saying they attempted to make delivery but the recipient was not available. Complete BS as i was sitting at my desk inside the building that the delivery was supposed to be made to, not a single phone call or anything from the courier.

The customer support is always extremely friendly and that is where the 2 stars comes from but further than being friendly they are absolutely useless. The response is always "I need to get hold of the warehouse". The warehouse & couriers are clearly where the problems lie .
