Unbelievable service from Takelot!! Yes they forgot to pack an item into my box but this compliment comes for how they handled things once I reported it. Ayathandwa took my call and confirmed a few details. She promised to get back to me today which she did. Takelot have offered to replace, refund or credit the item after confirming it was a packing error. For a parcel I received a few weeks ago already. AMAZING SERVICE.
