Amazing Turn around - Takealot

So, I am a regular Takealot customer. .And as per usual I like to order from them because it is convenient. Howevee this time around NOT so convenient as my parcel that was scheduled for delivery the 26th July 2019 got damaged on transit and they had to rebook my order. BUT now they were out of stock with some of my products. Not really happy about that. But I phoned customer care and a gentleman assisted me and placed my order for me and scheduled it for delivery 31st July. So on the 30th of July I received a SMS saying that my order is FREE. YES FREE. They delivered today and I am super surprised about this. I mean that is how you keep a regular customer. I would recommend Takealot any day. Friendly customer service!
