Amazing Telephone Service

I just had to say I have probably only had one bad experience with TakeAlot in the past and considering everything is done online I've never really had to deal much with them either. I order and my stuff has always been delivered within the delivery window (except one time). Yesterday I placed an order for some products that were listed as in stock and unfortunately the one item must have been ordered just before I did and the item must have been the last one in stock because after placing my order the item was removed from the website.

Anyways, long story short I phoned TakeAlot this morning and spoke to lady on the line who was probably one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered at any online store (even retail) she told me the item was indeed out of stock and that she would cancel the order and credit the amount to my account so I could purchase the same product (in a different color that was in stock). The credit was passed immediately and she waited on the line with me while I placed the order. She then asked me for the order number so she could double check on her side that everything was indeed allocated and the delivery date was 100%.

Thank you very much TakeAlot, unfortunately I can't remember that Ladies name but she helped me with order number ********** 0. Any company in customer service would benefit from such a professional and courteous person.
