Amazing person and service!!

Last night we ordered Mr Delivery, and when the food arrived, the delivery man (who was wearing a Takealot jacket) was very polite and kind. However, upon reviewing our order, my husband noticed that we had some food missing.

We asked if the man minds if he goes back and gets it for us (as, uhm, I kinda paid for it and I didn't get my monies worth) and give him a R20 tip. Eventually an hour and a half later he still hasn't arrived nor contacted us. A couple minutes later I hear his motorbike and to my shock, he was there, at my gate, at 21:17.

This man, as kind and generous as he is, took time out of his night - which was NOT his fault that some of the food wasn't there (he said he didn't even know that the type of food existed); he delivered it with a smile on his face.

Whoever employed this man, thank you. And I personally feel that the man should get a raise. Please contact me for his name, so that I can recommend him. He honestly has been so extremely nice the twice he has delivered goods to my house. I truly will promote Takealot because of this man. Such a great work ethic!
