Amazing Customer Service!

fter a nightmare of a week with Takealot and two hello peter complaints, once again something went wrong with incorrect processing of my return, these three individuals assisted to the point I left laughing and smiling and completely forgetting my horrid experience this week! After no replacement order was processed, Clement created one with the assistance of Rhoda and arranged I get my unit while I wait. Steven picked the stock and arranged all the documentation. The collection team at the CT DC, Steven and Rhoda did everything possible to help me! truly amazing! They were friendly and helpful irrespective of the fact it was nearly 8pm. <br> I am so impressed all the past drama is forgotten and forgiven!!!<br>
