Amateurs trying to ***** my money

On the 6th of June, I've ordered and paid "Compatible Canon Ink Cartridges 1400 XL Combo Pack" from takealot.com and the order was scheduled to be delivered on the 18th of June. The order was never delivered and it was rescheduled to the 21st of June for no reason. I tried many methods to contact takealot using their useless help option on the website and all of my messages were ignored. On the 22nd of June, I logged a return request so that I can get a refund because they had my parcel, but someone from takealot cancelled it for no reason. I've been sending messages using the help option on the website and even now no one has rep**** to them. I have requested my money from them since on the 22nd and even today I still don't have the order nor my money. I have been checking the status of my order and I can see now that it was signed by someone whom I don't know and they claim it is a customer. Yesterday around 22:00 someone logged a return request without my consent and stated that the parcel will be dropped at Capetown's warehouse.

Takealot's *********** employees are trying to be con artists because the parcel was supposed to be delivered in North West province. How can someone from North West opt to drop an order at Western Cape province? This level of incompetence is so disappointing from takealot after been supporting them for years and they treat me like trash? Takealot I want my money and I will never order anything from you guys, I am done with you guys.
