Am very much disappointed with Takealot😢

I bought a pink infant -to-toddler rocker chair for my unborn baby because initially I was told that she's a girl now it seems as though it's a ***. So I need to change it to a neutral colour that will suit both baby genders. I tried doing that however Takealot is failing me since the 27 May 2023, they've been sending me smses about delays and rescheduling which they never take serious. Am very much disappointed in this company☹️😟.
