Always have to return items

I don't know if this is happening to me only or I just have bad luck,every time when I shop on takealot I have to return the item/s. I am even starting to believe that the suppliers are selling faulty goods on purpose with the hope that they won't be returned,I remember I bought a Smeg kettle and returned it then bought another one also had to it, I bought some bars chairs wich I also had to return because they looked very cheap and had some defects and now recent I bought three Carrol Boyes canisters of wich I'm also not satisfied about the canisters are supposed to be white but the ones I recieved if the lid is not off white it's the canister that off white,I even went to one of Carrol Boyes stores personally to check if I might be making a mistake and to my surprise what I saw in store and what I received are two totally different things so I'll be returning the canisters. I'm very sorry I won't be making any purchases on takealot anymore I'm very disappointed.
