Always had great service but not anymore.

It saddens me to write a review such as this as I've only had great experiences with takealot.com but over the recent week my experience as changed drastically. I ordered Items to be delivered to my Work Address. We awaited delivery of the items just to find that a delivery confirmation was issued without the item being delivered to us. It shows that the delivery was signed for by me but we do not have the item. We've tried contacting takealot to resolve this issue but none of the employees at takealot are very helpful as multiple calls were made but there is no record of them thus every time we call we have to explain the whole situation again without any further progress regarding this matter. The item is no longer in stock and we wish to have our bank account refunded so we can make another plan to resolve this issue.
