Always deliver late! Takealot do not honour delivery dates!

I literally created a Hello Peter account just to leave this review. I've never felt so strongly about recommending against using a service provider. They are terrible at keeping to their delivery eta's. I even subscribe to their monthly Premium services, in the hopes that they would expedite my deliveries and it's like it just got worse from that point! Each and every order I place with them, I go into a state of panic and anxiety about the deliveries arriving on the day they promised it would be delivered. I phone, I complain, I've even raised my voice! I've sent emails! But still there is no improvement on them honouring their delivery dates..Then, when the delivery finally arrives, it's inconvenient for you and the driver ends up being annoyed by you not being available to receive your late delivery! NO! This has gotten out of hand and should be deemed unacceptable for a paying customer to experience.

And I'd just like to add that I'VE ORDERED MULTIPLE AMAZON ORDERS OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS AND SO FAR THEY HAVE NEVER DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT COMES TO HONOURING THEIR DELIVERY ETA'S. THEY ARE ON TIME SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO STRESS ABOUT NOT RECEIVING YOUR GOODS WHEN YOU EXPECT THEM!!!!
