ALWAYS CHECK THE RETURNS POLICY BEFORE YOU USE TAKEALOT

I made a purchase of a a vga cable for our church, a while back, under a year i would think. we finally installed our televisions only to find the item is not working. so i returned it. I was under the impression that all items will carry a 1 yr warranty. I logged a complaint and they collected the item. only to find that my return was declined, rather disappointing service. anyways its been over a week now and i had no communication about the item or the return of my faulty item. this service is unacceptable, Before you buy please check the warranty or you will be taken for a ride like i was. I used TAKEALOT many occasions, but now i am really considering deleting my account a using another online supplier. so at this point i have paid for an item that is not working, and has not been returned to me. Someone please help. DISAPPOINTED CLIENT!!!!!!
