I placed an order for next day delivery, I pay by the way on a monthly basis, I triple checked that all items are in stock. Next day, I go and check and my order is scheduled for delivery a week later. I sent a message for them to split my order, a Koketso tells me my order has been split and some of the stuff will arrive today. I check on the app; no change in date. I contact the person again, he tells me the items out for delivery and they were never delivered and the date never changed. Takealot is such a DISAPPOINTMENT, truly. I need Amazon SA to offer more things so we can stop dealing with this incompetence.
