Almost assaulted by Violent Takealot delivery man

<p>A TakeAlot delivery man was trying to deliver someone else's takealot package to me. The person he was trying to deliver it to lives a 100 houses down my road. I was not at home at the time and my grandmother paid the delivery man R240 for the package and took it in thinking that I had ordered it. He then came back to collect the package to deliver it to it's rightful owner. He wanted to take the package without giving my grandmothers money back. So I took a picture of the package, the delivery man and his car as he wanted to take the package from us without refunding our money and only repaying us once his received the money from the person who ordered it. That's when he snapped and became super violent. He was vulgar and banging at my gate. He was pointing his finger at me aggressively and saying that I mustn't take his f**ing picture. At one point he said you're looking for a problem was walking up to me in a fast pace. I thought he was going to jump over my wall and attack me. This was really a traumatizing experience for me and I'm thinking of laying charges. He did not provide his name to me but the caliber of the delivery men takealot hires is terrifying. One would think that that delivery man is an ecaped forensic ********. I would like to get that delivery man to apologize to me formally for what he did today and my grandmother. I would also like to findout what measures are being put in place to prevent your drivers from being violent to your customers.</p>
