Almost 3 Months Waiting for my Order

I ordered a rain simcard from Takealot in April. A few days before the lockdown was initiated.

I've been waiting since then to ether:

A. Have it delivered. B. Getting a reply from online and email support. C. Get notified when it will be delivered. D. Getting any form of assistance.

I want to cancel the order. Its been a pathetic experience with zero regards for quality service.

The second bad experience from takealot this year.

I can understand a delay in delivering goods. I can even underatand a delay in responding to customer queries. It is however unacceptable to wait almost 3 months for a reply on an order that says "shipped" when I track it on your app.
