Almost 2 weeks, still no delivery

Hi

Very disappointed in the delivery team for Takelot.

2 orders of which one was ordered on the 3rd December and the other on the 5th December were both sent to the wrong address., The one on the 3rd December only sent late last week and still waiting for the order from the 5th December.

Strangely both orders say that is was signed. One by a random security guard and the other by "myself" which is not true.

This is really unacceptable service from Takealot. Its been 2 weeks since order yet still no delivery. What do i have to do here?

Really not a happy customer. Doubt i'd order anything from them anytime soon. I need answers Takealot! How did this go wrong when my address is clearly defined?
