Alleged “failed delivery”

I got an sms to say there was a failed delivery but I have NO evidence that this alleged delivery even took place. I did not receive a phone call from my gate or the delivery driver. This order is a re-order after the first order had the same issue of “not being delivered” but no contact about the delivery. We even lost out on items ordered previously due to lack of stock for the re-order. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to find a contact number for a call centre. This is really shocking service from such a well known online shopping platform!
