All lies to customers
This is ridiculous!!!! Takealot send out a promotion where you get a R200 coupon when paying with you VISA card and stating that the promotion is valid until end September 2019. Well I placed an order on 27 August and even after I logged a complaint, I did not receive a coupon. After calling today I was told that the promotion ended on 18 August and that staff was only told this after the 18th. Clients were NOT informed
